Rates For 2021-22

We operate everyday (except Christmas Day, yay turkey!) starting Friday December 17 2022 until Sunday March 31 2023.

Our online booking system runs from late summer through the season end, and knows when we have space.

Space is limited, so book as far in advance as possible to guarantee your spot, especially if you're bringing a group.

Please read the waiver which you must complete the night before your trip at 4154 Village Stroll Whistler BC Canada.

COVID-19

Due to the unpredictable and fluid nature of weather and COVID-19 please be aware that we ask you to have flexibility in your booking dates. We may ask to alter your dates to get you the best conditions we can, or to ensure that we have enough space for you.

Snowcat Rates

Book worry free and get a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your booking.
Cancel within 48 hours of your trip we'll refund you minus a 25% booking fee.
Cancellations after closing on the day prior to your trip via email or phone, No Refund. No Show, No Refund.
If we cancel your trip, you'll get a full refund.

Public Cat

The daily cost is $685 Cdn per person per day
You get a full day of backcountry cat skiing/ snowboarding in our 4,300 acre tenure
On an average day, last run is between 2-2:30pm and return to Whistler at 4:30pm for an average of 6-9 runs

Private Cat

The daily cost is $7,400 Cdn per vehicle per day
You and a cat full of your friends get a full day of backcountry cat skiing/ snowboarding in your private cat in our 4,300 acre tenure
An average day is 7,000 to 10,000 vertical feet with between 6-9 runs

Helicopter Rates

NEW Six Run Heli

Ride in a group of 4, not 11 like the "other company"
The daily cost is $1,700 Cdn per person per day
Whistler's only 6 run package anyone can enjoy.
The 6 run package usually averages 8,000 - 12,000 vertical feet, depending on weather and where can access
Extra runs may be purchased when conditions permit

Private Heli Skiing

The daily cost is $12,000 Cdn for a group of 4 per day (additional groups contact us for pricing)
Included is 2.0 hours of flight time, Certified, professional guide, and lunch.
Extra flight time may be purchased at $500 Cdn per 0.1 hour (6minutes)

Optional Evacuation Insurance

Although accidents are rare and evacuation is rarer, sometimes it's necessary.

Heliskiing and Catskiing Evacuation Insurance

The typical helicopter extraction cost from our tenure is $2,000, and for extraction by snowcat or snowmobile it's around $1,500. Powder Mountain Heliskiing and Catskiing Inc reserves the right to choose the most suitable vehicle for extraction based on our assessment of the situation.
For an optional $50 Cdn daily charge per person, our insurance covers your costs for transportation from the injury site to the the public highway. It does not cover medical or any other expenses.
If you do not take this optional insurance and you require evacuation, we reserve the right to charge your evacuation costs to the card used to book the trip. Where several people are booked on one card, and where our insurance is not purchased, that card will be charged with any evacuation cost for any of the people booked with it.
You can add the insurance option to any of our packages.

Waivers

To ski or ride with us you need to sign a paper copy of our waiver in the presence of our staff

We ask that you read and understand our waver before paying for your booking with us.
