OK, I thought the 50 fresh yesterday was off the hook.
We get up to the
weather plot and it’s snowing so hard it’s just mental. Whistler
Blackcomb isn’t open, no helis are flying and we are skiing. At the
start of the pieps orientation we checked the snowfall board and it
said 78 overnight. By the time we were done the pieps orientation 15-20
minutes later, it said 90 overnight. We got three runs in before we
were called it a day. It was snowing so hard that we sat in the cat for
25 minutes because the wipers couldn’t clear the snow off the
windshield fast enough. Charlie Ball from NYC almost blew away in the
wind. Just kidding but that’s the kind of day it was. Bob who weighs
over 200 blew over. Time to call it a day and try again tomorrow.
