What a week

Sorry for the no updates on the blog. We got such an amazing storm one week ago it knocked out the line that supplied Whistler with internet. For a week. It snowed 60 cm’s at the base lodge in about 3 hours. It was awesome. Not so awesome was the traffic on the highway. Nothing like two feet on the road to make driving really really fun. The Warms and our Swiss friends Cyril Neri, Ariel and Eddie from Home Clothing were stuck on the highway until 12:30 AM when it re-opened. the guides didn’t get back until 4:30 AM. The road was so bad the next day we had to cancel the day skiing because we couldn’t actually get there. The next few days after that though were off the hook. It was a fun week to get your shred on. It hadn’t snowed that hard since the 70’s. In fact it felt like the 70’s. You actually had to go out and hang out with your friends instead of ichat. As bad as it was to have no internet it was kind of like getting a vacation in your own town. To all our friends that had a hard time getting a hold of us or experienced difficulties during the last week, we hope everything is now good.

With no internet to suck the hours out of the days we launched our new logo.

Hope you like it.
